1st Anniversary

Jackie Wang Photography has been established officially since 2008. I had been worked as freelancer for years, and now I finally call this is the first anniversary of my career. 


This year also known as my learning year. Started from the beginning of the year, I had attended CM Leung Workshop followed by my good friends' guidance who makes me Open My Eyes (according to CM statement:"p) and also has comprehended on photography business model. 

As my 1st anniversary, I would like to announce a new service for all the potential clients: DESTINATION WEDDING PORTRAIT PHOTO

And for those who wanna to go for an overseas trip and have a pre, post or e-session in coming few months. I will go to Koh Samui on Sept. 30-Oct. 5 and Shanghai on the following week. Winnie & Nelson's Wedding Day

Winnie To, who is my best buddy married Nelson on April 12, 2009. They have been together for 9th years and on the date of their "Happy Together" anniversary to get marry. 
I wish them all the happiness and joyful always in the future. 
I took only a few photos on the day because I have to help out during this big event. And of cos' we did have a great time, and all the guest were happy.

Wedding and Portrait Photographers International

I have applied the Wedding and Portrait Photographers International Organization in the beginning of this year. I finally got this tonight. 




According to Wikipedia, the meaning of professional organizations under wedding photography is PPA and WPPI which is support the art and business of wedding photography. Standards and requirements for professional organizations vary, but membership often indicates a photographer is insured (if they should lose or ruin a large number of images, they can compensate such errors for their clients). Professional organizations offer training, professional competition, and support to members, as well as directory services to help with marketing.

That's mean, all clients who have joined or planning to join me will get the same result as i do. "Big support and Big result"

MY BEST FRIEND PRE WEDDING

I have already reserved a LOWEL video light from B&H Photos (Thanks for CM Leung...heehee)
A very useful light source for pre wedding shoot.

BANQUET SESSION

For me, banquet session is the most difficult part to shoot as a snap shot photographer, it is because the basic routine during the session are most likely the same. 

I was so lucky that I did have many western culture style wedding banquet for more "catchy" moment to shoot. :")
